Regular check-ups at the dentist and brushing teeth twice daily are key components of a good dental health regime. However, it could be a waste of time if you are using a worn or contaminated toothbrush.
Some people make very basic errors when it comes to toothbrush maintenance. To get maximum benefit from your toothbrush:
– Rinse after every use
– Store the brush upright in an airy space
– Replace at least every three months or sooner if necessary
